Refund and Returns Policy

This Return Policy applies to official brand retail of RIELD Boots products.
  1. Return Eligibility
     
    Products may qualify for return within 30 days upon receipt of goods. Goods must be unused, in original condition with original packaging intact. Used, damaged‑by‑customer goods are not eligible for return.
  2. Return Process
     
    Customers shall send inquiry to our brand email for return guidance before sending items back. Return shipping cost may be borne by customer unless caused by product quality defect.
  3. Refund
     
    After returned item is received and inspected, qualified refund will be processed. Refund will follow original payment path. Processing time depends on payment service provider.
  4. Exclusions
     
    Custom‑modified products, heavily worn‑used items are excluded from return scope.
